To request a demand from the Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services, please submit your demand request electronically through California's Child Support Services Title Company Demand Request e-form.
You will be required to upload a copy of the Abstract of Support Judgment or Notice of Support Judgment; and A Release of Information Authorization signed by the Debtor.
A written demand will be provided within 15 days. Please note that verbal quotes cannot be provided.

Please make all checks payable to “California State Disbursement Unit" and include the participant's full name, participant number and “LIEN" on the check for proper identification and credit.
